1. Subscription & Payment

Initial purchase is required for access. Subsequent monthly subscription will be charged automatically to your relevant account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior to renewal. You can manage subscriptions via your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial periods except where required by law.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our products and services legally and appropriately. You will not attempt to hack or reverse engineer any provided products or services. Any discovered malfunctions, vulnerabilities or mis-uses will be duly reported by you to team@subset.network. You must comply with Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Ownership and Rights

We retain ownership of all provided products and services. End user privacy and security will be prioritised at all times. Methods for end user data portability will be accommodated within products or services where possible and evaluated on a per-request basis otherwise.

4. Privacy

We prioritise maximal end user security and privacy as a design principle, preferring local-first architectures, minimised cross-service authentication requirements, proven cryptographic operations, and a fundamental inability to access personal information, communications or data. 5. Disclaimers and Liability

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for damages from product or service usage. Our maximum liability is limited to the compensation we've received from you for products and services.

6. Apple Provisions

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for our product or services or derived content, and no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement.

7. Termination and Changes

We may suspend your access to products or services at any time, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for termination due to violations. We may update these terms over time; continued use indicates you accept changes.

8. Legal and Contact
